To get a visa for Bhutan, simply reach out to Alliance International Tours and Travels. Once you’ve chosen your tour package and confirmed it with us, all you need to do is send a scanned or photographed copy of your passport. We’ll take care of the visa process for you, but it’s important to note that we can only begin processing your visa after we’ve received full payment for your tour package. This is a requirement set by the Tourism Council of Bhutan, which we strictly adhere to.
Once your full payment has been received, you can expect your visa to be confirmed within 3 to 7 working days, depending on any public holidays in Bhutan. Rest assured that the money you’ve paid will be securely held in the government’s account until your departure from Bhutan, ensuring that your investment is protected.
Upon confirmation of your visa, we’ll send you a clearance letter via email. This clearance letter is essential and must be presented at the check-in counter before you board your flight to Bhutan. Once you arrive at Paro International Airport, your original visa will be stamped in your passport. It’s worth noting that all visa fees are prepaid as part of your tour package, so there’s no need to worry about any additional payments at the airport.
At Alliance International Tours and Travels, we prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and the security of our customers’ payments, ensuring that your journey to Bhutan is as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
